Hikmah

ولقد آتينا بني إسرائيل الكتاب والحكم والنبوة ورزقناهم من الطيبات وفضلناهم على العالمين And We did certainly give the Children of Israel the Scripture and judgement (والحكم) and prophethood, and We provided them with good things and excelled them over the worlds. | Holy Quran 45:16 With the wisdom, they became leaders who established God's Law. והייתם קדשים לאלהיכם
When the Jerusalem Temple was built, Solomon called all the people of the earth to know there is no God but Allah (האלהים). So their heart be completely devoted (לבבכם שלם) and keep His Commandments. | 1 Kings 8:57-61

وقال لهم نبيهم إن الله قد بعث لكم طالوت ملكا
قالوا أنى يكون له الملك علينا ونحن أحق بالملك منه
ولم يؤت سعة من المال
قال إن الله اصطفاه عليكم
وزاده بسطة في العلم والجسم
والله يوتي ملكه من يشاء
والله واسع عليم
And their prophet said to them, "Indeed, Allah has sent to you Saul as a king." They said, "How can he have kingship over us while we are more worthy of kingship than him and he has not been given any measure of wealth?"
He said, "Indeed, Allah has chosen him over you and has increased him abundantly in knowledge and stature. And Allah gives His sovereignty to whom He wills. And Allah is All Encompassing and All Knowing."
Holy Quran 2:247
Allah Made them leaders guiding by His Command
and prohibits them from amassing wealth | Minimalist
يا داود انا جعلناك خليفة في الارض
فاحكم بين الناس بالحق
ولا تتبع الهوى فيضلك عن سبيل الله
ان الذين يضلون عن سبيل الله
لهم عذاب شديد بما نسوا يوم الحساب
O David, indeed We have made you a successor upon the earth. So judge between the people in truth, and do not follow desire, as it will lead you astray from the way of Allah. Indeed, those who go astray from the way of Allah will have a severe punishment for having forgotten the Day of Account.
Holy Quran 38:26
أمن هو قانت آناء الليل ساجدا وقائما
يحذر الاخرة ويرجو رحمة ربه
قل هل يستوي الذين يعلمون والذين لا يعلمون
انما يتذكر اولو الالباب
Is one who is devoutly obedient during hours of the night, prostrating and standing (in prayer), fearing the Hereafter and hoping for the mercy of his Lord. Say, "Are those who know equal to those who do not know?" Only they will remember, (the) people of understanding.
